Tim, with several years as a senior game consultant at large consulting firms, became increasingly frustrated with the corporate grind—the relentless climb up the corporate ladder and the unfair distribution of profits that often left the contributors with less than they deserved. Over time, as his personal priorities shifted towards valuing quality time with family, friends, and his own passions, the concept of work-life balance climbed to the top of his priority list.
Similarly, Malin’s experience as an Art Director at a major consulting firm exposed her to the intense pressures of managing a demanding career while striving for personal fulfillment. Tasked with designing marketing materials and steering creative directions, she too felt the mounting stress and challenges of fitting the pieces of life’s puzzle together.
United by their shared experiences and a vision for a better approach to professional life, Tim and Malin decided to chart a new path.
